“What a great hotel. The staff were really great. We stayed three nights in a Privilege room. The hotel was clean, and very peaceful given the location right in the middle of the action. The location is an excellent base for exploring the city and being right Santa Maria Novella there were plenty of options for restaurants but also a supermarket and the fresh food market right near by. The rooftop pool is a great treat. (we loved it!) We have booked three nights again for August 2011!!!”
