“The hotel was phenomenal. The service began when we arrived across the street and continued to the sandwiches they packed us for the train to Copenhagen. The facilities were immaculate. We had a gorgeous view of Pražský hrad from the living room and the staff went so far out of its way that they uncovered places my husband remembered from the early 90's with nothing more than a vague description from him. This was perhaps the best experience I have had in a hotel yet. The only disappointment was leaving.”
