“We really enjoyed this hotel. The rooms are really nice eventhough they are sort of small. Wi-fi was free. The rooftop pool and restaurant is great for day or night. The gym and spa looked great. The hotel lounge had a good vibe. The location is great because you are right off of Széchenyi thermal bath and good shopping but close to Vajdahunyad Castle .”

Szonyi is placed in a lovely, tranquil mostly residential area, yet close and convenient to everything. The hotel Szonyi is situated near the city centre, in the elegant greenbelt environment of Zuglo, at walking distance to the most famous historical sites of Budapest. The family owned and operated hotel opened in 2004 its new wing with 21 spacious, air-conditioned rooms. The hotel itself is just lovely, location superb, staff are very helpful and friendly and breakfast was gorgeous.
