“We stayed at Hotel Windsor before boarding a cruise the next day. It is in a perfect location, on a side street right off the center of Capitol Theater Duesseldorf. The hotel was elegant, clean, and the rooms were well appointed. The service was excellent, from the front desk staff to the bellmen. We had a LOT of luggage, and it didn't bother them at all getting it up and down from our 2 rooms, and storing it while we toured around Dusseldorf. They even made sure we had a taxi/van to get us to the port. Would highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again in a heartbeat.”
