Le Saint-Paul has been rebuilt and now it has modern and comfortable new furniture and wonderful atmosphere. Round the corner of a winding street in the tiny medieval village of Saint-Paul-de-Vence, an authentic 16th century mansion built in dry stone where the elegant rooms with their ancient tomette tiled floors are decorated with silky fabrics and four poster beds. An intimate and warm address where delectable Provencal dishes are served in an open air restaurant. The best location from which to enjoy the sun and discover the numerous art galleries in the village Breakfast in the hotel's main restaurant is a huge buffet with an egg chef and waffle chef, defiantly worth a visit.
