“This hotel thoroughly deserves its excellent reviews. We stayed over Christmas (23rd to 28th December) and couldn't have asked for better service. All of the staff are extremely helpful, speak excellent English and genuinely want you to enjoy your stay. Owner gave us a lot of helpful information on places to eat, visit and how to get there even selling tram tickets. As we were visiting over Christmas, the hotel reserved us a table at the only restaurant open on Christmas Eve (which is the big day of celebration, rather than 25th) at our request. Nothing was too much trouble. The room tariff included breakfast which was of an excellent and varied buffet style with friendly staff on hand to ensure you had everything you needed and plenty of tea and coffee. The hotel is a 10-15 minute tram ride (tram stop five minutes walk from the hotel) from the centre of Sharm el Sheikh in a quiet pleasant suburban street with plenty of free and safe parking. The proximity to the city centre was ideal for shopping and eating out but being some distance from the centre probably helped to keep the cost down. Our room was spotlessly clean and equipped with TV and all the usual amenities but being a tea supping Brit, a hospitality tray with tea/coffee would have been a plus. This was a very minor point however and hot drinks could be purchased downstairs. We would definitely return and thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking to visit Sharm el Sheikh but would find freely given help and assistance particularly useful.”
