“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The room was sleek and modern. The hotel staff were friendly and extraordinarily helpful. We did not take advantage of the breakfast but it is renowned. Location-wise the hotel is about a 10-15 minute walk from Colon Theater and close enough to the action. If you prefer to be a stones thrown from all the sights, then this hotel may not be for you. Presidente Hotel is located on a quiet side street within walking distance to all the great restaurants, historical sites, and public transportation. Hotel Presidente is located in the downtown area of Buenos Aires with a direct and quick access from the domestic airport (only 20 minutes away) and from the international airport (45 minutes away). Situated on the widest avenue of the work called Avenida 9 de Julio, it is walking distance from most points of interest like theatres, cinemas, museums, shopping centers. Only four blocks from the Obelisco. Our Hotel is a classic style, 30 year old building, 19 floors, 30 suites, 42 apartments and 178 rooms, elegant and traditional. We offer an excellent american buffet breakfast, sauna, gymnasium, internet access from all rooms; and meeting rooms with capacity from 10 up to 200 people. The breakfast is the typical continental breakfast with the addition of warm cinnamon rolls.
