“Wow, from the moment we arrived the service started. Upon our arrival, they were not expecting us, (my fault because I never confirmed our arrival). They sat us down, served us coffee and cookies and called Manager, who apologized and told me that they were not expecting our arrival but that he would be with us in a few minutes and arrange a room for us. The manager arrived and I explained that I thought had made arrangements for a room for two but since it was a last minute surprise trip I had not confirmed our arrival. He understood and stated he would work on fixing things. He, Is The MAN! He came through and gave us what I think was the best room in this small family run hotel. He gave us a two bedroom apartment on the 4th floor. The location of the hotel is not in the old city center but we could actually see Hollywood Milan at a distance from the living room window. Do not expect an elegant room with new and fancy furniture. What you will find is older and some antique pieces furniture. Our room was very CLEAN, quiet, and a cozy place to rest after your sightseeing day in Milan. Our bed was very comfortable so we had a great night's sleep. A big and full nourishing breakfast is included and delivered to your room at your requested time. The staff will assist in your every need. We drove our vehicle to Milan so parking was going to be an issue.”
