“Having just completed a 4 night stay this hotel is seamlessly run and quite frankly superb. Located in a beautiful residential area it is a quiet haven with gorgeous stately homes as neighbours. The staff discretely go about their business and things just happen. Evening turndown is always perfectly timed, towels are changed even if you don't leave everything on the floor/in the bath (because lets face it we all want fresh towels but never know if they'll actually be changed!). The local konditorei is yum scrum and the hotel is more than eager to send up plates, forks and napkins on request for your afternoon torte (it's a holiday afterall!). Local restaurants are superb . Vivaldi restaurant in the hotel is also fabulous. The setting from a bygone era but still with a modern touch. There's nothing more to be said.”
