“The hotel is great. Very close to Arc de Triomphe it is a very nice boutique hotel located in an old historic building. Rooms have a lot of character. However, it does not meet five star standards in my opinion. The restaurant was very nice as well.”

Das 1928 eröffnete Royal Hotel ist ein Palasthotel in einem der exklusivsten Einkaufs- und Büroviertel der Stadt, 400 Meter vom Triumphbogen, den Champs-Élysées und dem Parc Monceau entfernt. Die 203 Zimmer sind mit einem separaten Eingangsbereich und eleganten Stilmöbeln ausgestattet und bieten einen Ausblick auf den Garten des Hotels oder auf die Avenue Hoche. Alle Zimmer verfügen über Satellitenfernsehen, Videospielekonsole, Minibar und kostenlose Tageszeitung. Die Marmorbäder sind mit Bademäntel, Fernseher, und Schminkspiegel ausgestattet.

In der Royal's Bar bekommt man Cocktails und leichte Mahlzeiten. Mit dem verspiegelten, ovalen Swimmingpool und Zugang zum üppig begrünten Innengarten erinnert das Fitnesscenter und Day Spa "Les Thermes" an ein luxuriöses römisches Bad. Es werden Gymnastikkurse, Fitnessräume, Massage- und Körperbehandlungen, Mineralbäder sowie ein Schönheitssalon angeboten. Im angrenzenden Restaurant, mit Blick auf den Pool und Garten, werden zum Frühstück und Mittagessen leichte, gesunde Gerichte serviert. Das Royal Monceau ist keine drei Kilometer von vielen Pariser Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Louvre und Eiffelturm entfernt.
